Invitations are a beautiful introduction to any event.
We specialize in letterpress printed invitations which has made us one of the most trusted press print studios in Canada over the past 12 years.
We print using traditional antique letterpress machines. This technique requires attention to detail and a lot of love with each piece coming off the press being more beautiful than the last.
Due to the high demand for letterpress stationery we suggest calling us for an appointment at least six months prior to your wedding date.

What are some of the items you should include in your Wedding Invitation Suite?
The main invitation is where you will let your guests know all of the important information - who's getting married, what date, what time, and the location.
Your main envelope is your first impression and will hold all the invitation pieces to be mailed out to your guests. Each guest address should either be hand-written or printed on the envelope and you can find out more about our guest addressing service and see some fun and pretty ways to dress up your envelopes here. Having the return address printed on the flap is important so the post office can get it back to you in the event of any shipping errors or issues.
REPLY CARD AND ENVELOPES
Reply cards are important, these provide your guests with an easy way of notifying you of their attendance and will allow you to keep track of your guest list. They are also a great way of gathering small details like meal considerations, allergies, or any other information you might need from your guests before the big day.
The belly band is a decorative flourish used to bundle together all of the invitation items and present your guests with a beautiful and cohesive package.
PLACING AN ORDER WITH US
Not sure where to start? Whether you live in the area or out of town, scheduling an appointment is the first step. If you are too far away to come to our studio we can schedule Facetime or Skype calls and provide you with any guidance or answers you might need.
In our initial meeting we will discuss your style, colours, and budget. You should already have an idea of the style of wedding you want, whether it be classic and elegant, rustic chic, clean and modern, or something else entirely.
We have an assortment of beautiful paper and envelope samples as well as colour swatches and design templates that will inspire you. If you have already gathered inspiration from other invitations or styles you like we will take those as a starting point in the design process. However, please keep in mind that we do not copy or replicate the work of other designers.
After our meeting we will prepare a detailed quote based on what we spoke about. If you wish to proceed a 50% deposit will be required before we move on to the design process.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
Based on our meetings and conversations we will provide you with three design variations of the invitation. This will help you narrow down colours and fonts. Once the final direction is approved we will continue to design the rest of the invitation suite with a cohesive look throughout.
